As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our international team's growth by leveraging your Hungarian and English language skills to deliver tailored solutions and expert advice.

Main Responsibilities

You will communicate with customers through various channels to understand their needs and recommend the ideal product or service.

You will support customers in setting up and discovering new devices, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value.

You will contribute to project KPIs through reporting and analysis, and continuously develop your skills to enhance the team's performance.

Key Skills

Passionate about technology, consumer electronics, entertainment, audio / video electronics, IT, computing devices, mobile devices, and smart home solutions.

Previous sales experience in retail or direct sales, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.

Proficient in digital communication tools and video calls, with the ability to build trust and connect with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
