Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Labor Relations Manager to join the HR team of a leading international retail company. Based in Málaga, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting people integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with labor unions and works councils.
- Oversee payroll-related labor aspects and ensure alignment with current regulations.
- Negotiate and implement collective bargaining agreements.
- Provide guidance on labor law and compliance to internal stakeholders.
- Support integration processes during M&A transactions from a labor / legal perspective.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to foster a positive and legally sound work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in labor relations, ideally within large or multinational organizations.Strong expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance in Spain.Proven experience in union negotiations and collective agreements.Solid exposure to M&A processes, particularly people integration.Previous international experience and ability to work in cross-border HR environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.What We Offer
