• Tire management involves monitoring tire condition, ensuring proper use, and implementing reuse where possible.
• Establishing service policies to achieve optimal mileage performance requires working closely with service providers, promoting effective communication, improvement plans, and the use of technological applications.
• Coordinating with fleet points of contact is essential for providing quality services, including auditing, controlling, and analyzing services provided.
• Registering and promoting shipment registration and demounted tires for recycling and retreading via e-Casing application is crucial.
• Promoting mobility solutions and analyzing data from reporting tools helps optimize profitability.
• A proactive approach to using reporting tools and auditing service reviews enables the development and implementation of service improvement plans.
