Expert Contract Specialist

Overview Senior Commercial Counsel to join our legal team in Madrid. This is a key contract position with potential for long-term engagement.

Responsibilities Support high-value, cross-border transactions across the EMEA region.

Take ownership of complex commercial negotiations and serve as a primary legal partner to business and sales teams.

Draft and negotiate major commercial contracts across technology and service lines.

Key Qualifications Qualified lawyer in Spain or another EU / common law jurisdiction (English law knowledge preferred).

Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial contracts, preferably in IT, telecoms, consulting, or software services.

Proven ability to negotiate independently – plug-and-play mindset is essential.

Working Conditions Hybrid work setup : minimum 3 days on-site in Alcobendas, Madrid.

6-month rolling contract.

Preferred Candidate Fluent in English; Spanish is beneficial.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, with ability to be in-office 3+ days per week.
