Senior Backend Engineer

Some details about your department

Ad-Machina is an ad-tech software for the automation of advanced SEM campaigns. Through Natural Language Generation algorithms, it transforms data from a business’ product catalog into optimized keywords and text ads to maximize conversions.

What we’d like you to do :

• Develop backend software components and REST API web services using Python / Django .
• Contribute to the evolution of AdMachina , a high-performance platform that integrates with external APIs (e.g., Google Ads, SA360) and processes large-scale structured data.
• Participate in the development of our own product , working closely with the internal product and consulting teams — no outsourcing.
• Provide technical guidelines, best practices, and code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with the software architect and project manager, and occasionally take the lead on technical decisions.
• Contribute ideas and improvements proactively : we value people who want to shape the future of the product, not just execute.
