Responsibilities
- Development of software and process automation for test equipment including Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), Unit Testers (UT), and module set-ups for qualification and acceptance testing of flight electronics.
- SW requirements analysis and implementation
- Development, HW / SW integration and verification of SW to control electronic boards or equipment, including management of instrumentation
- Preparation of required documentation
- Performance of the different control systems to apply them in automation processes
Education and background requirements
Engineering degree, and experience in the following areas :.NET Framework 4Visual Studio environment and C# languageFamiliar with WPF and WCFExperience with Python 3.6 and standalone test scripts developmentExperience with several communication protocols and sockets (TCP-IP, ZeroMQ, ...)HW / SW integration and managing of lab equipmentValuable experience with integration and maintenance tools (Git, JIRA, Windchill, Doors)Nice to have
Experience with test automation with innovative methodologies (Autotest, Big Data, Machine Learning, IoT)Single-board computers or System on Chip (SoC) programming experienceLXI / IEEE488 equipment programming experienceExperience with Linux and Windows operating systemsSoft skills
