Cloud Support Specialist

Descripción del trabajo2+ years of experience in cloud support, DevOps, or system administration roles. Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP. Proficient with Linux-based systems, shell scripting, and debugging system-level issues. Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools, such as Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls, etc. Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts, including CI / CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Good knowledge of automation and scripting, including Python, Bash, or similar. Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance. Overview
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in multi-cloud environments.
About the Role
This position involves collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external partners to drive resolution for escalated incidents, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving Tier-2 technical issues using deep analytical skills and automation expertise.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Maintaining monitoring and observability tools to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency across customer systems.
- Providing expert guidance on cloud infrastructure, application management, and networking fundamentals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of escalated incidents and developing long-term resolutions through technical troubleshooting and automation.
- Developing and maintaining internal documentation, customer-facing runbooks, and knowledge bases to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and system administration.
