Descripción del trabajo?️ Over the mid-term , you’ll take on team management responsibilities as we grow our QA function — mentoring, hiring, and leading QA engineers across squads. ? Key Responsibilities Define and lead the QA strategy across our API platform and partner integrations. Design and implement automated test frameworks (API, regression, load testing, etc.). Own and execute test plans, cases, and documentation for product releases and deployments. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed quality into every stage of development. Monitor, report, and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues. Establish and maintain CI / CD pipelines with automated test coverage (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Act as an IC in the short term, but contribute to the growth of the QA function and build a team over time. Drive a quality-first culture across teams and processes. 5+ years of experience in QA or test engineering , with a strong hands-on mindset. Proven experience in automated testing of APIs and backend systems. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured , etc. Experience with CI / CD pipelines and Git-based workflows . Solid understanding of agile development, SDLC, and QA best practices . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus : Familiarity with travel tech, B2B platforms, or real-time integrations . Bonus : Experience building or leading QA teams , even informally.
