About the role
- Support the recruitment process : job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Provide support in training and development : tracking attendance, managing documentation, and course logistics.
- Collaborate in HR administration : managing employee records, vacation tracking, and database updates.
- Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives .
- Participate in Diversity & Inclusion projects.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, reporting, and HR documentation.
