We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data processing pipelines .
You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Analysts , ensuring seamless integration, data quality, and enabling advanced analytics.
What you'll be doing
Design, implement, and manage cloud data storage systems .
Build and maintain ETL pipelines to automate ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Monitor and optimize performance & scalability of Big Data solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues proactively.
What we're looking for
Required technical knowledge
Programming : Python, Java, or Scala (proficiency in at least one).
SQL : Strong expertise (Joins, Group By, subqueries, temporary tables).
Apache Spark (advanced knowledge).
Cloud : Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud .
DevOps : Hands-on with Azure DevOps, Jenkins , etc.
Visualization tools (Power BI, Grafana).
Certifications in cloud or big data technologies .
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with the above technologies.
Proven ability to handle large-scale data environments .
Strong critical thinking & problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in dynamic environments .
Solid time management and organizational skills.
International and multicultural experience is highly valued.
Schedule : Flexible, with intensive Fridays
