We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1 / L2) to join our team and provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 / L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and security tools .
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory or equivalent systems.
• Set up and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Support video conferencing, remote desktop tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation .
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection guidelines.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and user training on IT tools and systems.
