We’re Hiring : Desktop Support Engineer (L1 / L2)

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1 / L2) to join our team and provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 / L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and security tools .
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory or equivalent systems.
- Set up and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Support video conferencing, remote desktop tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation .
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and user training on IT tools and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in desktop or IT support (Windows / Mac / Linux environments).Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools .Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.Why Join Us?
