What you will do
- Work closely with clients and strategic partners to help them get the most out of the platform
- Define and implement strategies to increase adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Work toward targets, managing a portfolio of clients and maximizing their results
We are looking for someone who
Has 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar rolesIs customer-oriented and able to build strong relationshipsExperience working for a SaaS companyHas analytical skills and knowledge of digital marketingSpeaks fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C1)Italian is considered a plusDesired soft skills :

This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona.Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year).The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager.Expenses : 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.What we offer
