Mergers and Acquisitions Manager Role Overview

We are partnering with a professional services firm seeking an M&A Manager to lead acquisitions in Spain.

Responsibilities

Leading the end-to-end M&A process : origination, evaluation, execution, and integration

Managing multiple live deals simultaneously

Conducting financial due diligence, building financial models, and supporting negotiations

Driving the acquisition of 5-10 businesses annually

Candidate profile

M&A experience (investment banking, corporate development, or private equity)

Strong expertise in financial due diligence, financial modelling, and valuations

Proven ability to source and close deals independently

Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English

Strong academic background

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A strong track record of mergers and acquisitions experience

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication and presentation skills

Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English
