Rotational Intern at Nzyme

Kibo Ventures is a leading VC & PE firm; since our founding in 2012 we have raised +€500m AuM across six funds and have invested in some of the most successful companies in Europe. We currently invest through our early-stage VC funds and through our tech-focused PE fund, Nzyme.

We are currently launching our Rotational Internship Programme at our Nzyme fund, where we offer you to join us for 8-10 months and rotate across all our core teams. Your role will thus have an impact throughout all the relevant areas of our business : finding the right companies to invest in, demonstrating to their management teams that we will be the best partner to walk along with, and building value-adding capabilities that we deploy at our companies. Also, at Nzyme we leverage AI and cutting-edge technology across our activities, and you will be an integral part of the team that continously builds our best-in-class platform. Plus, Nzyme has a very ambitious plan for international expansion to which you will also actively contribute. Finally, while not central to the role, if you are passionate about investing, you will also have the opportunity to work alonsgside our deal team and participate in our investment process.

Requirements

Who You Are :

• Currently pursuing your penultimate or final year of a Bachelorʼs / Masterʼs degree based in Madrid
• Excited to power the Spanish low-mid market through operational excellence and real-world technology
• Keen, inquisitive and with a desire to evolve and learn
• Organised, diligent, willing to work at a fast pace in cross-functional projects
• Creative, energetic and passionate about your work
• Digital-native and a technology enthusiast
• Experienced with analytical and automation tools
• Proactive, with a hands-on attitude
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish
