Our client is a leading international company in the home appliance insurance sector. As part of the Telesales department, your main tasks will include :
- Making outbound calls to potential B2C customers.
- Promoting and selling the company’s products / services by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Building trust and empathy with prospects to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Managing and following up on leads provided by the company, ensuring effective communication.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately updating customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer focus.
- Providing an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
Requirements
Native-level Dutch and fluent in Spanish.At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment.Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.Ability to make decisions independently.Good command of Excel.Solid knowledge of sales techniques, performance evaluation, and team motivation.Offer
Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period. 100% remote work if you live outside the Community of Madrid. Full-time schedule : Monday to Friday, from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 (40 hours per week).
