Your Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and win new business across hospitals, imaging groups, and healthcare organisations.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.

Build strong, long-term relationships with radiology leaders, clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and procurement.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the clinical and operational value of our solutions.

Develop strategic account plans and expand opportunities within existing customers.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to align on customer needs and market trends.

Your Profile

Essential :

Proven experience in medical software or medical device sales within hospitals or healthcare environments.

Demonstrated success in new business development and managing complex sales cycles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clinical and technical stakeholders.

Ability to work autonomously, travel regularly, and manage multiple priorities.

Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Preferred :

Experience selling AI software for medical imaging (e.g., radiology AI, image analysis tools, PACS / RIS add-ons, workflow automation).

Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging modalities, or hospital IT processes.
