Marketing Campaigns Specialist (B2B Growth)

As our Marketing Campaigns Specialist (B2B Growth), you will take ownership of the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (CRM, social media, and trade marketing promotions) to engage and grow our travel agent partners in markets including the US, Canada, UK, Spain, LATAM, and Australia. This role is both strategic and hands-on : you\'ll plan, prepare, execute, and review campaigns to ensure they are timely, effective, and aligned with business goals. If you are adaptable, detail-oriented, and have proven success in B2B marketing (ideally within travel or a related industry), this could be a great fit. We are looking for someone proactive and resourceful who can bring ideas to life and ensure flawless execution while anticipating new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (CRM newsletters, email automation, social media, trade promotions) targeting travel agents and B2B partners
- Tailor strategies by market (US, CA, UK, ES, LATAM, AU), adapting execution to each market\'s growth stage, opportunities, and constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Copywriting, Branding, Sales) and external partners to ensure materials are aligned, on brand, delivered on time, and impactful
- Lead trade marketing actions including promotions, agent incentive programs, CRM communications, and partner outreach to strengthen agent engagement and sales performance
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance results
- Identify needs and opportunities, planning campaigns in advance and adjusting strategies to support evolving market dynamics and business priorities
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the travel industry or a similar sector working with agents, distributors, or partnersHands-on campaign management skills, with a track record of planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiativesProject management abilities : organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical mindset : comfortable reviewing performance data, drawing insights, and turning them into actionable improvementsCreative and adaptable : able to generate ideas, adjust to market differences, and find solutions quicklyExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Spanish or French are a strong plusTech-savvy : proficiency with CRM tools and Social Media management.
