What You’ll Do :
Develop and deliver custom product demonstrations to key decision-makers to address their business needs.Participate actively in the full sales cycle, from initial demo to closing deals.Serve as a presales expert, including product architecture, functionality, industry applications, and deployment methodologies in philanthropy.Lead discovery discussions to understand client goals, pain points, and processes.Align client needs with our software solutions, offering tailored recommendations.Participate in sales meetings, demonstrating how our solutions address challenges and add value.Maintain and update demonstration environments to reflect the latest features.Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to position yourself as a trusted advisor.Lead presentations at conferences, webinars, and events, showcasing technical features and benefits.Set up product evaluation environments and oversee the evaluation process.Evaluate client data and recommend migration paths from legacy systems for smooth transitions.Perform other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need :
7+ years of experience in technology consulting, solutions engineering, or pre-sales within the philanthropic, nonprofit, or grants management sectors.A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.Strong knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and their application in managing complex client needs.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to executive audiences.Knowledge of change management and business process reengineering methodologies.Proven relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver positive outcomes.Enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about continuous learning.Willingness to travel approximately 10%.Legally eligible to work in the EU / UK.Why You’ll Love Working at SmartSimple + Foundant :
