Senior Recruiter - 12 Month Ftc

GKN Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. This role is perfect for an experienced Recruiter who loves variety, problem solving and working with partners all around the world.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, you will :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of Senior global roles
• Assist global and regional collaborators in developing and implementing recruitment attraction strategies in line with our employer value proposition (EVP).
• Work on a range of Talent Acquisition projects relating to our Centre of Excellence plan. This could be anything from process improvement, developing and delivering training to our global colleagues or working on scoping and embedding new technology into our hiring processes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Recruiting and Onboarding. Support our colleagues with recruiting challenges which will involve getting to know the teams and understand the regional challenges and nuances.
