The Role Collaborate on transforming our Revenue Operations. You will lead a new Revenue Technology & AI Engineering team, building AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual processes and accelerate revenue growth. You will architect automated workflows using platforms like Clay or other advanced automation and AI tools, and design integrations across our revenue technology stack centered around Salesforce CRM. This is a ground-up leadership role where you will build and develop a team of revenue systems architects and drive modernization from fragmented operations to a unified Revenue Architecture & Operations Center of Excellence. Remote work from anywhere in Spain or in our Madrid office (hybrid).

What you’ll do Architect revenue technology solutions and ensure systems integrity across the stack (examples : Salesforce, Hubspot Marketing & Operations Hub, Planhat, and others).

Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate revenue operations tasks.

Build custom AI agents for data acquisition, analysis, and process automation to accelerate GTM processes.

Ensure data quality, hygiene, and governance across revenue systems with real-time synchronization.

Lead technology implementations, evaluate new revenue tools, and optimize ROI.

Build and develop a team of revenue systems architects; establish technical standards and governance.

Partner with IT, Finance, and GTM leadership on revenue technology strategy and implementation governance.

Must-Have :

B2B SaaS expertise with understanding of modern revenue operations architecture.

Salesforce CRM expertise; strong knowledge of lead / opportunity management and experience with integrations to core revenue systems.

1-2 years of team leadership experience managing technical teams and complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Expert knowledge of revenue technology ecosystems – CRMs, marketing automation, customer success platforms.

AI / automation platform proficiency (Clay, Zapier or similar); hands-on experience with LLMs like Claude or OpenAI for building intelligent automation.

Nice-to-Have :

Clay platform experience or participation in AI hackathons.

Python proficiency for AI development collaboration.

Track record implementing cutting-edge technology solutions in RevOps environments.
