We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our mobile development team. This role involves driving the architecture, technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our mobile application.

This is a hybrid position that combines hands-on engineering with technical and team leadership responsibilities. Your success will be measured by your ability to architect long-term solutions, raise the bar for the team, and shape an engineering culture centered on delivering high customer value.

You will mentor, support, and help grow a small team of talented engineers. You\'ll balance hands-on contributions with coaching and technical guidance. You\'ll partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape roadmap and execution.

Responsibilities Lead the mobile App team—own the app architecture, drive technical decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Mentor, support, and help grow a small team of talented React Native engineers.

Balance hands-on contributions with coaching and technical guidance.

Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend to shape roadmap and execution.
