Senior Infrastructure Buyer – Aviation sector

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Buyer to join a multinational company in the aviation and travel sector, based in Madrid. In this strategic role, you will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality delivery across complex infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities :

Define and execute strategic procurement plans for infrastructure projects.

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Analyze markets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment.

Mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maintain supplier performance.

Foster long-term partnerships and drive process improvements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

5+ years of experience in procurement / supply chain, preferably in infrastructure.

Strong background in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.

Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

English fluency (Spanish is a plus).

Professional certification (CPSM, CPM) preferred.

Availability to travel occasionally for supplier visits and events.
