Senior Data Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing scalable data pipelines and architectures to support various business projects.

You will collaborate with data scientists to integrate, deploy and operationalize machine learning and AI models within data workflows. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.

You will ensure data quality, security and governance across all data processes. Furthermore, you will provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional and international teams on data engineering challenges.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of data practices and the adoption of new technologies within the team.

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in related roles (Senior-level).
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL / orchestration tools (e.g. Apache Airflow).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Hands-on experience integrating machine learning models into data pipelines and working with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong data visualization skills with Power BI.
• Advanced English (good) and Spanish (native).
• Based in Madrid (hybrid role).
