Gestión de proyectos enfocados en la rehabilitación, accesibilidad, y / o sustitución de ascensores en instalaciones antiguas.

Responsibilities

• Gestión de proyectos enfocados en la rehabilitación, accesibilidad, y / o sustitución de ascensores en instalaciones antiguas.
• Análisis de proyectos (interpretación de planos, inspección de instalaciones, documentación técnica, etc.) y elaboración de presupuestos adaptados a cada uno de ellos.
• Seguimiento y cumplimiento de todas las fases del proyecto : desde primera inspección hasta una puesta en marcha.
• Coordinación con el equipo técnico (técnicos o supervisores) para alineación de objetivos y maximización de satisfacción del cliente.
• Colaboración con subcontratistas de obra civil y gremios auxiliares, a fin de lograr la realización y ejecución de proyectos con calidad.
• Participación en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.
