Role : End User Computing (Desktop Analyst) L1-Onsite services

Experience / Skills :

• 2-4 years of experience in Onsite support
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 / 11
• Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents
