Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial(e) et Support pour Logiciel BtoB. The individual in this role will be responsible for customer service and support, sales activities, managing accounts, handling purchases, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, processing sales, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

• Knowledge in Purchasing processes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
