Junior Technical Support Assistant

Location : Office based in Madrid, Spain.

Contract : Temporary (contrato en prácticas)

Reports to : Technical Support Team Lead

The Job Role

We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Assistant to join our technical services team. This is an ideal position for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their skills in a collaborative international environment. You will provide first-line support primarily in Spanish, with occasional internal communications in English.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal and external users (email / phone / ticketing).
• Troubleshoot support issues with guidance from the team.
• Support internal users with MS Office tools, Windows OS, and basic network queries.
• Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Collaborate with the team on user setup and small projects.
