About The Job
As a Technical IT Service Manager at Allianz, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-performing Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) Service. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise to ensure seamless service delivery, maximize performance and availability, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction. What You Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IDMC Data Products services, from planning and design to delivery and retirement, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to guarantee timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT service management frameworks and policies based on ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful service delivery and integration.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and external regulations, while managing risks effectively.
- Lead service reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and mentor junior team members to foster continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Proven hands-on experience in managing technical enablement and implementations in IT Services or Projects – Specifically with Informatica’s IDMC - Data Products.Technical experience and knowledge on IDMC data components such as Data Governance, Data Catalog, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Data Integration is a must.Experience in implementing, provisioning and managing Informatica Data Management Services and Solutions is needed - preferably in large enterprise environments.Exposure to cloud-based services and infrastructure is an add-on.Experience in customers technical onboarding and service enhancement activities to adopt new technical product features.Expertise in ITIL framework and best practices for end-to-end IT Service Management.What We Offer
