Job Title
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team members to achieve their goals. The role requires a proactive approach to setting the example for the team, ensuring smooth operations, effective collaboration, and ultimately achieving project success.
Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture;
- Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations;
- Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve all goals;
- Achieve monthly / quarterly KPI's as set by the Client;
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments;
- Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues;
- Sugest and organize team building activities;
- Develop team members towards the next stage of their careers;
Required Skills
Fluent in English;Minimum 2 years of experience managing / supporting teams;Experience / training in Digital Marketing;Strong functional experience with Google Suit (apps);Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels;Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making;Stakeholder management, experience working across teams and locations.Benefits
