Your ideal background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Data Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in ESG systems implementation, IT, data analytics, or sustainability reporting
• Experience with ERP (SAP), ESG platforms (Workiva, Sphera, Watershed, Microsoft Sustainability Manager)
• Familiarity with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulations (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SEC)
• Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx for ESG reporting and visualization
• Ability to troubleshoot ESG system issues and optimize workflows
• Strong project management, communication, and change management skills with the ability to collaborate across IT and sustainability teams
• Experience in driving ESG digital transformation across organization
