You will help and craft services and facilities in over 200 locations in more than 60 international airports across the world.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better.Job ScopeWe are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales effectiveness for the Plaza Premium Group in Madrid. The role requires a deep understanding of the travel ecosystem and consumer lifecycle to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, contributing to visitation, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences.Job Responsibilities1. Marketing and Brand AwarenessDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid.Collaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, tailored to the Spain market.Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure.Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Develop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.Work with the e Commerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website.Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning.Handle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes.Support business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches.2. Sales Strategy Development and ExecutionAchieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Plaza Premium Lounge.Develop and execute strategic plans to expand both B2 B and B2 C customer bases.Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies.Effectively communicate PPG’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, and tailored pitches.Forecast future sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Analyze and monitor partner performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.3. Sales DisciplineMaintain a structured and disciplined approach to account management, sales tracking, and pipeline management.Update client account information regularly and ensure adherence to established sales procedures and processes.Maintain effective control over the sales budget and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.4. Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to understand and meet their business needs.Liaise with internal departments, including operations, IT, legal, finance, and marketing, to articulate and fulfill client requirements.Provide sales support to local and regional sales teams as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial sales role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, B2 B portfolio.Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems and marketing automation tools.Strong knowledge of email campaign systems and social media platforms (X, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram).Expertise in digital and social media technology, including channel management.Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and team collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.Strong phone and presentation skills.Excellent command of written and spoken English, Spanish.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results.
