The Challenge As a member of the Regulatory Intelligence Team, you’ll monitor global privacy, data protection, and AI law, turning regulatory change into actionable business impact. You’ll research and write content, create tools and resources, support product innovation, and partner with internal stakeholders and clients to keep OneTrust at the forefront of regulatory developments.
Your Mission Research and track global privacy, data protection, and AI regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft and edit regulatory updates, whitepapers, and reports that simplify complex topics.
Support product and client initiatives by turning regulatory intelligence into practical guidance.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver insights and value.
Represent OneTrust through thought leadership at events and webinars.
You Are Knowledgeable in global privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPL, etc.) and AI regulation (EU AI Act, US guidance).
A strong communicator who can make complex legal topics accessible.
Skilled in writing, presenting, and engaging with diverse audiences.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, passionate about research and innovation.
Your Experience Includes Advanced degree in law, politics, policy, or humanities.
5+ years’ experience in privacy, data protection, or regulatory research.
Proven ability to draft reports, synthesize regulations, and advise stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
