Job Description The main objective of this role is to ensure that all projects within the portfolio are progressing in line with company goals and contractual commitments. It acts as a strategic link between Project Managers and senior leadership, facilitating communication, surfacing risks, and proposing actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, assess, and escalates risks, recommending corrective measures to leadership.

Maintain a comprehensive RAID log and milestone tracker aligned to contractual obligations.

Support Project Managers in preparing reports, change orders, and schedules.

Review progress reports, analyze project progress versus schedule, and provide weekly updates.

Prepare and deliver clear, actionable risk reports to company leadership.

Compile and present weekly and monthly progress and risk reports to leadership and external stakeholders.

Approve RAID log created by Project Managers, ensuring completeness and timely escalation.

Standardize reporting layouts, maintain a common taxonomy across projects.

Create and optimize procedures to enhance planning efficiency.

Prepare steering committee materials and facilitate discussions.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.

5+ years of project controls or PMO experience in EPC projects.

Skilled in Excel and MS Project; Power BI and ERP experience a plus.

Strong communication and people skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
