For a new project, for a leader in the online payment industry, we are looking for technical support agents. As a technical support agent, you will provide our customers with top-class support (both technical and administrational).
Technical and general support is provided by telephone to Dutch entrepreneurs who use our pin machine. These can be both small and large entrepreneurs.
Profile
- You have a native level of Dutch with a good command of the English language (B2 level at least)
- Any other language is a plus.
- You have excellent computer skills and find it challenging to work with multiple customer systems.
- Call centre experience is an added value, but not required;
- Basic computer skills are necessary;
- Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
- Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).
