Test Manager

At CORUS, we are looking for a Test Manager to join our team on an international project.

Location : Spain, available to work in person (Barcelona or nearby).

You will :

• Define and deploy tailored resource model to address country / BU specific needs by "Right shore Strategy implementation".
• Global rate alignment and budgeting.
• Demand and resource alignment BU, teams and external partner to drive effective capacity management to avoid retrain new resources and drive cross-utilization.
• Using external enablers, as well community of practice to implement new technologies.
• Define and deploy frameworks and knowledge to accelerate adoption and execution on different teams / BU.
• Standardization of process, tooling and platforms for consistency, optimization, and efficiency in delivery.
• Provide Financial benefits derived from global tools standardization.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies, collaborative workflows to enhance productivity.
• Support teams on Business development / Support existing services.
