Senior Test Integration Specialist

Overview Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled test engineer to lead and coordinate proofs of concept with mobile network operators. The successful candidate will ensure seamless integration of IPX and NTN services, manage end-to-end service validation, and provide technical support during MNO integration processes.

The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work with testbeds, telecom monitoring tools, and knowledge in IP networking protocols.

Responsibilities Manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), both in the lab and on-site in the MNOs country when required.

Provide technical support during MNO integration processes, including IPX and NTN network elements.

Coordinate and execute test passes and service validations, ensuring alignment with integration requirements.

Analyze and report test results, identify anomalies, and recommend technical solutions.

Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to optimize the integration process and resolve technical blockers.

Contribute to the documentation of procedures, integration steps, and lessons learned from each MNO onboarding.

Act as a technical interface between the company and the MNOs technical teams during integration and validation.

Requirements Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.

Familiarity with IPX networks, 5G networks, roaming setup, and interconnection models.

Ability to work with testbeds, telecom monitoring tools, and knowledge in IP networking protocols.

Basic Linux user skills.

Communication and coordination skills for working with international MNOs and technical partners.

Analytical and troubleshooting mindset in telecom environments.

Capacity to work independently and manage technical projects in parallel.

Availability to travel when needed for PoCs and integration projects abroad.

Good level of English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have Understanding of mobile and satellite communication protocols, including NB-IoT, LTE-M, 3GPP NTN, and LEO technologies.
