We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Genesys Cloud Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be part of a highly skilled team deploying and maintaining Genesys IVRs, reporting, multi-channel solutions, Call Recording, Workforce Management Solutions, and CRM systems from leading software providers.

Primary Tasks :

• Design and build solutions involving Genesys automation, reporting, and multi-channel communication
• Integrate with Call Recording, Workforce Management, and CRM systems from other top software providers
