As part of Kidde Global Solutions Commercial Fire, Aritech is looking for a full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer to ensure the design and maintenance of our core infrastructure. Role

Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Role responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions to support our business operations and applications.

Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of applications and services.

Manage and monitor AWS resources (ELB, ALB, S3, EC2, Route53, VPC, VPN…).

Implement and maintain configuration management tools (such as Saltstack).

Configure and optimize NGINX for high-performance web applications.

Administer database servers, including PostgreSQL, pgpool, ScyllaDB, Redis, and Redis cluster.

Implement and maintain monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, and Syslog.

Manage network connectivity with IPSec and OpenVPN.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and security standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on AWS and cyber security.

Strong knowledge of networking, VM, Docker, and related technologies.

Good understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.

Understanding of monitoring principles and approaches

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications

Experience with the following technologies is highly desirable : APNs, FCM, PostgreSQL, pgpool, Redis, Redis cluster, Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Syslog, IPSec, OpenVPN.

Previous experience in maintaining and supporting APNs (Apple Push Notification services) and FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) services.

AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security - Specialty).

Certification in cyber security (e.g., CISSP).

Previous experience in a senior role within infrastructure engineering.

Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, OVH).

Knowledge of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

Comfortable in French
