We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the launch of our newest property in Alcalá, Madrid.

This isn't just any typical hotel - it's the debut of an exciting, undisclosed brand that's set to redefine urban living

The ideal candidate will oversee operations, ensuring smooth running, high standards of guest satisfaction, and driving financial performance. You'll be instrumental in bringing this innovative concept to life, blending the best of traditional hospitality with cutting-edge flexible living solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop comprehensive business plans for revenue growth and market expansion

Analyze trends to inform decision-making

Set clear performance goals aligned with the property's unique vision

Your Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of hotel management best practices

Excellent leadership and team motivation skills

Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus

Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment
