Responsibilities
- Prospect in the catchment area and sell the products and services marketed by Sidexa-SOLERA in France to strategic customers.
- Ensure follow-up and loyalty of Premium accounts, aiming to satisfy the customer and develop additional sales.
- Adopt the Sidexa-SOLERA sales techniques as trained.
- Report actions using the tools provided by Solera.
- Visit professional bodywork specialists (agents, bodywork specialists, dealers, dealership groups, garages) to drive commercial development.
- Create and develop the Sidexa-SOLERA customer portfolio and market all related solutions including software-related services (maintenance, training, etc.).
- Represent the company to customers and partners, and participate in occasional sales actions (trade shows, forums, conventions) to develop and sell products and services to repairers.
- Attend sales meetings and customer events; coordinate with internal support services as needed (technical, commercial, accounting, etc.).
- Manage sales documentation (order forms, service contracts, financing files, quotations, brochures) and keep the customer portfolio database up to date; ensure daily reporting via Salesforce.
