Overview Join us as a Senior VitalLink Consultant

We are hiring a Senior VitalLink Consultant, who will provide support for Vistex customers utilizing the Vistex Postproduction Program. Our solutions provide unprecedented visibility into the breadth and depth of go-to-market programs and enable businesses with insightful information that drive revenue, control costs and increase margins. Our deep industry expertise coupled with in-house implementation, delivery and training services makes Vistex a full solutions resource and consultancy.

Responsibilities Post-production consulting

Maintenance of existing configuration and code

Technical troubleshooting

Application enhancements

Quality assurance testing

Maintain customer relations by setting up status calls

Assist in resolution of integration testing defects of critical & high priorities

Document changes and enhancements

Develop accurate documentation that complies with customer and company standards

Qualifications Education Master’s or better in Engineering Technology or related field.

Experience Required Excellent communication and client handling skills with independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities

Ability to learn new software quickly

Participated in multiple lifecycle SAP implementations

Knowledge / experience in pricing, OTC and Finance areas are required

Minimum 10+ years of hands on SAP SD experience

Preferred SAP ABAP technical skills are a plus

Vistex knowledge or implementation experience is a plus
