Lead Generator (Dutch & French -speaking) On-site - High Tech Industry HE04 at Concentrix

Join to apply for the Lead Generator role at Concentrix. This position is on-site in Malaga (On-site) and requires Dutch and French language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work on accounts (from the prioritized RAD quadrant) for MM / CEP to improve segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC (CEP A + MM accounts)
• Follow up on events, manage qualification of leads, and deliver high-quality data to sales
• Support lead generation : run local promotional offers – including stock cleaning promo, bundle offering, new products, etc.
• Profile contact details for customers – MM / CEP, improving data quality in the system and aligning with overall profiling and segmentation
• Transform unqualified leads into qualified leads; if not fully BANT qualified, at least profiled leads
• Cooperate with country marketing teams to support marketing lead generation post-activities (customer contact details updates, etc.)
• Cooperate (not overlap) in telemarketing projects to create qualified opportunities for ISRs / telesales
• Coordinate with telesales / sales teams for lead handovers and follow-up into opportunities
