Lead Generator (French-speaking) – On-site – High Tech Industry HE04
Join Concentrix as a Lead Generator (French-speaking) in either Barcelona or Malaga. This role focuses on prospect qualification and data enrichment to support sales.
What you will do in this role
- Work on accounts from the prioritized RAD quadrant for MM / CEP to improve segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC.
- Follow up on events and online demand, manage qualification of leads and deliver high‑quality data to sales.
- Support lead generation through local promotional offers (stock‑cleaning promo, bundle offering, new products).
- Profile contact details for customers—improving data quality and segmentation.
- Transform unqualified leads into qualified or at least profiled leads.
- Collaborate with the country marketing team to support post‑marketing lead generation activities.
- Participate in telemarketing projects to create qualified opportunities for ISRs / telesales.
- Cooperate with the telesales / sales team for lead hand‑overs and follow‑up into opportunities.
