Overview Senior Data Engineer Position We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead our data engineering team.

This role navigates risk at the intersection of global security threats + international commerce.

Responsibilities Design and develop robust data pipelines using Apache Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake.

Evaluate and integrate LLM and other AI-based solutions to improve data extraction and analysis.

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, investigators, and sanctions experts to translate fuzzy problems into clean, testable code.

Qualifications A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.

2+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering is preferred.

Strong experience with Pythons data ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and deep expertise in SQL for building robust data extraction, transformation, and analysis pipelines is necessary.
