Overview

We\u2019re Growing Our Data Dream Team! Titles? Meh, we\u2019re not big on them, but let\u2019s call this one Data Engineer . As part of our international Data squad, you\u2019ll craft tailor-made solutions that wow our clients. We\u2019re hunting for a passionate Data Engineer with a solid technical background. Your mission? Train, deploy, and put groundbreaking developments into action and that\u2019s just the beginning.

Here\u2019s the deal :

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead end-to-end data engineering solutions in cloud environments
  • Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and strong team collaboration
  • Guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Ensure best practices in data quality, security, and scalability
  • Mentor other engineers and promote technical excellence
  • Develop ETLs using Spark (Python / Scala)
  • Work on cloud-based projects (Azure / AWS)
  • Build scalable pipelines using a variety of technologies

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including designing and building end-to-end architectures in cloud environments
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design technical proposals tailored to business goals
  • Experience in technical presales, including demos, solutioning, and proposal writing
  • Capable of leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in Apache Spark
  • Expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Hands-on experience building data pipelines (CI / CD)
  • Experience with testing (unit, integration, etc.)
  • Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Bonus points for experience in Artificial Intelligence
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
