Your Tasks

• Building and Scaling HR Infrastructure : The team\'s administrative functions contribute directly to the HR infrastructure.
• Optimizing People Administration : Payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility and contract management.
• Managing HR Systems & Data : Extensive reporting and data management responsibilities.
• Supporting the Employee Lifecycle : From pre-boarding to offboarding, including maternity / paternity leave and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administering Compensation & Benefits : Managing benefits such as restaurant tickets, medical insurance, salary reviews and benchmarking.
• Ensuring Compliance & Policy : General administration of payroll and contracts with a focus on compliance.
• Providing Employee Support : Handling inquiries and employee assistance, in coordination with HR Business Partners.
• Analyzing HR Data : Generating reports to support analysis and decision‑making.
• Collaborating & Managing Vendors : Administering benefits and interacting with vendors as needed.
