About Renewable Energy Projects

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our project pipeline in Spain. The role focuses on developing renewable energy projects from early stage through investment decision and handover to the construction & operations team, following established standards and project management guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Development Director
• Identification, analysis, and development of new project opportunities (greenfield and co-development)
• Management of relationships with landowners, local stakeholders, communities, and co-developers
• Permitting process including EIA and Permits preparation / review, relationships with authorities, and representation of interests
• Site pre-selection and environmental constraints analysis, wind potential assessment, layout definition, and optimization
• Preliminary technical studies : land restrictions analysis, resource assessment, layout design, etc.
• Cross-functional collaboration with legal, technical, financial, and construction teams to ensure project viability and progress
• Support in due diligence processes and preparation of materials for internal decision-making
