Job Title : Expert Technical Support Specialist

Permanent Employment Opportunity

This employment opportunity presents a permanent position with an annual salary mode. It offers a stable and secure work environment, allowing the selected candidate to contribute their expertise in IT support to our organization's success.

Mandatory Requirements :

Must have a strong understanding of VPN technology and its applications.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Excellent technical knowledge in all key areas of EUS technologies, including Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, Teams, iOS and Android devices, hardware and peripherals, mobile devices.

Exposure and Experience :

Experience working with call management systems, particularly Service Now, is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in Teams conferencing and enterprise voice, as well as audio visual systems (TV / Projector systems) and conference technology, is essential.

Knowledge of SCCM and basic network skills are also required.

Familiarity with ITIL certification and experience in international work environments are advantageous.
