Overview

Dynamic Agile Expert

You will play a key role in supporting multiple product teams within a SAFe framework focused on SAP Financial System development. Your mission will be to ensure Agile best practices are followed and foster team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support multiple product teams in implementing Agile methodologies.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Product Team Members to ensure alignment and effective management.

Coach teams in Agile mindset and practices, continuously improving delivery capabilities and performance.

Requirements

Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business-related field.

At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery, preferably in large-scale software development.

Certified Scrum Master; SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus.
